Delivering Homes for Londoners will take place as planned in the event of a tube strike this Thursday 11 June. The conference will start promptly at 9am with registration from 8.30am.

Housing delivery in London is reaching crisis point as the credit crunch takes its toll of the Mayor's forecasts. While the private sector struggles to find the cash to continue building the Home and Communities Agency (HCA) is now the major source of funding for housebuilding. Working closely with the HCA, the NLA brings together leading experts on housing in London in this conference which will look at the ways that new funds can be unlocked to deliver the quality and quantity of housing that London needs.

  • New financial models in the new investment landscape
  • Tapping the potential of the Community Fund

  • "The Single Conversation" - delivering homes through co-operation and consensus
