Shaun began his career in Planning at the London Docklands Development Corporation and subsequently became a Partner and Head of Planning and sustainability at Cushman & Wakefield.

He has over 20 years’ experience of advising both private and public sector clients on major projects throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Most recently Shaun was appointed to lead GL Hearn’s London Strategy has been advising clients in London's biggest Opportunity Area at Vauxhall Nine Elms Battersea – specialising in the development of tall buildings.

London needs wider south-east plan

News

A string of measures brought in by Government to improve planning have made little difference to the volume and certainty of major applications, while permitted development rights have resulted in the loss of employment space and affordable housing as well as a ‘tension’ with localism. But London could be improved by a review of the Green Belt and the creation of a wider south east regional plan that the GLA revealed it is aiming to publish by 2019.
