Pollard Thomas Edwards (PTE) specializes in the creation of new neighbourhoods and the revitalisation of old ones.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in housing, mixed-use and regeneration, and he remains closely involved with the concept and planning stages of architectural projects and masterplans. He has helped to expand PTE’s expertise beyond London’s residential neighbourhoods, into town centre regeneration, education projects, urban extensions and complete new settlements. Andrew also acts as client on PTE’s own development projects, delivering new workspace and over 300 homes in the last ten years, with 200 homes currently in planning.
