Principal Development Manager, Strategic Projects and Property, Housing and Land Directorate


I lead a team responsible for the delivery of the Mayor’s Vision for the Royal Docks. This involves managing the redevelopment of the 254ha estate, key projects include, Royal Albert Dock, Silvertown Quays, Gallions Quarter, Albert Island, Floating Village & Thameside West, which together have a gross development value in excess of £7bn. I am also responsible for the management of the Mayor’s London Development Panel. In previous roles I have led on the development of Greenwich Millennium Village, Greenwich Square and Kidbrooke Village. Before joining the GLA I was an Associate Director at AECOM managing the delivery of masterplans, development frameworks and infrastructure delivery plans across the UK and abroad.
