Independent Consultant

I am working as an independent consultant, following 25 years in UK public housing and regeneration. I am currently working with local authority clients to deliver estate renewal, town centre regeneration and innovative Council-led new build delivery companies.

My previous experience included leading on major housing investment strategies and programmes, including stock improvement and new supply. With a strong focus on resident involvement, promoting equality and diversity, piloting new delivery models and partnership working.  My current interim role is as Director of Housing and Regeneration at LB Tower Hamlets.  I am also currently providing consultancy advice on housing company options for LB Hackney, LB Haringey and Sevenoaks DC.
