Lead partner for strategic urban design and infrastructure projects at Farrells, Neil has a wealth of experience in the creative and enabling aspects of place-shaping.

Both architect and planner, he is currently advising public and private sector clients on various major UK infrastructure projects, covering their economic, development, transport and environmental impacts. Recently, Neil has worked on the Thames Gateway, the holistic planning of UK transport infrastructure investment, whether new runways or high-speed rail, and the masterplanning of Old Oak Common.
