Richard Blakeway is an independent adviser on housing and regeneration.  

Previously he was Deputy Mayor for Housing, Land and Property at the Greater London Authority and special adviser to the Prime Minister on planning and local government.  He sits on the board of Homes England, chairs LB Bexley's regeneration company, BexleyCo Ltd, and is a strategic adviser to Be Living Ltd.
