Emma joined British Land in June 2014 as Residential Development Director and has responsibility for leading the Canada Water project.

The project, adjacent to the Canada Water & Surrey Quays stations, covers nearly 50 acres and will be one of the largest regeneration projects in London with the potential for up to 7m sq,ft office, retail, leisure, culture and residential space alongside higher educational and community uses.
