James is a Planning Director at GL Hearn.

James has over 16 years’ experience of planning in London and has been at GL Hearn since 2006.  James now heads the London Residential Planning Team who are advising developers, investors and housebuilders across the capital.  James has extensive residential and tall building experience in Croydon Metropolitan Centre having secured a number of planning permissions for high density residential led developments in the Centre in recent years.
