Matt has overall responsibility for the design and delivery of the Regeneration site Barking Riverside, a joint venture between L&Q and the Mayor of London, which is one of the largest development sites in the UK. Prior to this Matt worked at the GLA for ten years under both former London Mayor Ken Livingston and Boris Johnson, first as part of the Planning team and later in the Housing and Land team where he was instrumental in bringing forward the Barking Riverside railway extension finance package.
