Julie established British BIDs in 2006. She has been involved in managing places for over two decades, including the establishment of the town centre company in Kingston (1996 to 2001); then through leading the first BID pilot programme ‘The Circle Initiative’ in central London (2001 to 2004); before establishing Partnership Solutions (2004) which merged with Central Management Solutions in 2014. Her industry influence includes being leading contributor to the original BID legislation; leading author of the Property Owner BID model; originator of the BID Loan Fund; founder of the Bb BID Academy; and founder of the annual Nationwide BID Survey.
