Yair is an equity partner and Director of Lipton Rogers Developments, responsible for originating and overseeing the delivery of large-scale development projects.

Prior to LRD he was at Chelsfield Partners where he led developments totalling over £1.5bn value, including Elizabeth House, Waterloo and Hawley Wharf at Camden Lock. Yair holds an Mphil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a B.Arch in Architecture. He is a visiting lecturer in the Said Business School, Oxford University as well as the department of Land Economy in Cambridge.
