Liz is Head of Hospitality & Leisure Research at PwC and has worked in the tourism sector for over 30 years.
Past clients include the EU, UNWTO, national governments, national tourist and international industry bodies, London's Mayor and other city organizations, as well as many others. She holds a Master of Science in Tourism from Surrey University and is a Fellow of the Tourism Society. She lives in London and has been analysing the changes the capital's hotel industry has undergone since the 1970's. She is author of a hotels forecast for London the latest “UK hotels: As good as it gets?” was published in September.
