During the last 30 years Graham has been responsible for a wide range of planning and transportation matters and has been closely involved with the Paddington and Victoria Opportunity areas, the development of BID’s, Hungerford Golden Jubilee Footbridges, Exhibition Road and World Squares as well as public realm schemes across the City. Since 2009 he has been Head of Strategic Planning & Transportation in City Planning and has carried on with those projects and the impact of Crossrail and developing S106 & CIL regimes. Current projects include coordinating all public realm schemes across the wider West End, including those for the Northbank BID, the Thames Tideway Tunnel and the Garden Bridge.
