Lara is interested in people and places, and applying an in-depth understanding of the processes required to deliver positive urban change through a variety of scales of projects, as well as advisory, academic and curatorial roles.

She has a multidisciplinary architecture, design and strategy background having worked in architectural and urban design practices, local government and the charity sector for the past 10 years.

Culture Triumphs: New London Awards winners


The New London Awards recognizes the capital’s best projects – both completed and on the drawing board – from across all sectors of the built environment. With the 2015 overall winner awarded to the Black Cultural Archives and with a special award of Outstanding Contribution to London created for the National Theatre, cultural buildings prevailed.
