Land and Property Director


As Crossrail’s Land & Property Director Ian is responsible for acquiring all the land necessary to build the project, creating value from our 3m sq.ft portfolio of property developments, designing public realm improvements to improve the setting of our stations and safeguarding our line of route.

A Chartered Surveyor and urban regeneration specialist with a background in delivering complex property development solutions. Prior to joining Crossrail Ian spent five years at Network Rail on the re-development of their major stations - e.g. Cannon Street, the Shard at London Bridge and Birmingham New Street station and helped establish Solum Regeneration Ltd,  Network Rail’s property development joint venture.
