Simon is the Strategic Projects Director for The Portman Estate.  His responsibilities include the delivery of the Estate’s major development schemes as well as the management of head lease development activity.  He covers the Estate’s area-wide strategies including town planning, stakeholder engagement and public realm. The Portman Estate is a founder member of the Baker Street Quarter BID which Simon continues to chair as well as being vice-chair for the Edgware Road Partnership.  The Edgware Road Partnership is working towards a BID for Edgware Road, for 2016. Simon is also a member of the West End Partnership Public Realm Group and the British BIDs Advisory Board.
