Set up, ran/runs some of the most important people places in London since the early 1970’s including Camden Lock Market, Merton Abbey Mills, Spitalfields Old Fruit and Vegetable Market, Gabriels’ Wharf, Bishopsgate Goodsyard and Trinity Buoy Wharf.

Devised Container City - recycling shipping containers into buildings. He played a key role in saving Smithfield Market and is involved in USM NYC e.g. their latest indoor food market in Lexington Avenue. Won the Regeneration & Renewal “Lifetime Achievement Award” for Regeneration in 2012.
