Adam works for the Greater London Authority’s Regeneration Team and teaches on the Cass Cities MA (Spatial Planning and Urban Design) at The Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Architecture and Design, London Metropolitan University. He is also a founding associate of Cass Cities and Mark Brearley’s Office at the Cass.

Adam has made a significant contribution to the planning and steering of development across London: he coordinates the high street programme for the GLA, leads numerous complex urban regeneration projects, helps champion good design, and works on the formulation of policy and the creation of studies, visions, planning frameworks and masterplans.

As demand for housing in London continues to grow, what role do London's town centres have to play in delivering housing intensification and a more diverse economy? According to a recent GLA report, London is forecast an additional 1.9 million people in London by 2036, posing the challenge of where to house them and where they will work, as well as how London will provide for the increased consumer expenditure this will bring.
