The building draws on the Covent Garden warehouse tradition to produce something distinctly modern but rooted in history.

Retail outlets on the basement and ground floors and offices on the three floors above are separated by 11m wide load bearing Indiana limestone arches that span the façade and visually connect the new building to its older neighbours.
