The contemporary 1,021 bedroom hotel, on the site of the former concrete and glass County Hall annexe, will be the largest new build hotel in London in over 40 years. Significant investment has been made into renewable energy sources and new public realm at the entrance to the hotel linking the island site to the County Hall and the river beyond.
