Erith Town Centre

Phase 1, completed in 2005 provided twenty three one, two and three bedroom social housing flats accessed by a five storey, glazed atrium, highlighted by an arresting red feature wall. The striking highly glazed and rendered scheme also provides a training and resource centre for Bexley Council.

Phase 2, completed in 2008 provided Bexley Council with further civic facilities for the town centre including a Jobcentre and public library and an additional eighty three mixed-tenure flats.
