Delivering Homes for an Ageing Population

Wednesday 20 November 2013

08:30 - 12:30 (Registration from 08:00)

NLA, The Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT

This NLA half day conference will hear from developers, boroughs, agents, architects and industry specialists to examine current activity in the market and discuss what London needs to do to provide better housing for its growing elderly population.

London’s older population is increasing at twice the rate of the capital as a whole. With the number of people aged over 65 in London projected to increase by around a third to reach 1.17 million by 2031, can the capital take a more aspirational approach to the delivery of homes for an ageing population?
