London now ranks as the top global city for foreign property investment, according to a survey by the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate.

With the Mayor announcing planned investment by ABP Chinese in London’s Royal Docks Enterprise Zone, and Malaysian money having facilitated the long-awaited Battersea Power Station plans, foreign investment is set to shape London’s skyline more than ever before.

This NLA briefing will look at key areas of overseas investment in London and will hear from policy makers, investors, local authorities and industry experts to discuss what overseas investment means for the future of London’s built environment.
