Taking a closer look at the live-in office model with on-site libraries, gyms, napping areas, free 24 hour canteens and living rooms, we investigate if this new live-in office is sustainable. What are the long-term outcomes of working in such generous environments?

Do these enhanced facilities result in more productive staff, or is there a risk of creating an environment which staff never wish to leave? What is the future of this model? Is there opportunity to create sleep-in office schemes, softening the line between co-living and co-working?
