London’s Walking and Cycling Commissioner, Will Norman, will be joined by Transport for London; London Cycle Campaign; Cross River Partnership; and a panel of architects, engineers and consultants to assess the Mayor’s 25 year transport strategy and the plans for delivering Healthy Streets in the capital.
