Join NLA for this special tour of London’s South Bank and Bankside, as part of designjunction 2018. This area of London continues to see increased development of residential and workspace projects together with a generous supply of cultural buildings, transport links and river-side public realm.
Explore this global cultural hub with updates on recent developments such as the recent completion of Herzog and de Meuron's angular brick extension to Tate Modern. Our walk from Southwark Underground station to London Bridge weaves through contrasting once forgotten back streets and bustling pedestrian thoroughfares to explore and understand the area’s regeneration, including such game-changing projects as the Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern and the Shard.
