What form will our city take when our oil reliance is no more?

'Towards new Capital' proposes a new future of localised food and energy production. The focus is on a new exemplary community set on the Isle of Dogs, where large scale urban moves set the scene for a radically new urban typology. The re-direction of the Thames acts as the first of these moves.
