Second Place: Hay House, Ian Hay Architects 
Third Place: Cox House, John Glew Architect 
Office: Camden Collective, Dexter Moren Associates & Bowling Green Lane, Ben Adams Architects
Best Use of Glass: Bassett Road, Paul+O Architects 
Best Use of Timber: Cadell Close, Mark Power Architect
Best Landscaping: Shandon, Studio Octopi 
Special Commendation: Neighbours from Heaven, KSK Associates Architects
